How to Use the Class Scheduler?
1. Set the Number of Days
Start by choosing how many days you want in your schedule. You can create a timetable for five, six, or seven days depending on your routine.
2. Define the Number of Periods
Select how many periods or class slots you want each day. This helps structure the timetable before adding subjects.
3. Set the Duration of Each Period
Enter the time length for each period, such as 40 minutes, 45 minutes, or one hour. This keeps your schedule organized and realistic.
4. Add Subjects to the Schedule
Choose a day and period, then enter the subject name. You can repeat this process to fill all time slots in the timetable.
5. Include Breaks if Needed
Add break periods such as lunch breaks or short breaks between classes to make the timetable more practical.
6. Edit or Move Classes
If you need to change a subject or rearrange your schedule, simply edit the class slot or move it to another period.
7. Review Your Weekly Schedule
Once all subjects are added, review the full timetable to ensure each day and period is properly planned.
8. Customize the Appearance
Use the custom theme settings to adjust the layout, spacing, and visual style of your timetable.
9. Save or Export Your Timetable
When finished, download or print the timetable so you can easily follow it during the week.
10. Update the Schedule Anytime
You can edit your timetable anytime to adjust subjects, periods, or days when your routine changes.
